The visionary behind Arcasia

Discover the journey and vision of Arcasia's founder, shaping a new path for our micro-nation.

My journey to founding Arcasia

My journey to establishing Arcasia was driven by a profound dissatisfaction with the UK government. This inspiration sparked the idea for a new micro-nation, built on different principles and aspirations.

The unique vision of Arcasia

Arcasia stands out due to its remarkable development and strong backing, achieved so early in its creation. This rapid progress and solid foundation make Arcasia truly special, setting it apart from others.

My commitment to our people

As the founder, I want everyone to understand that I am fair and genuinely listen to anyone who has ideas to help improve the well-being and life standards of our people. Your voice matters in shaping Arcasia's future.

"The founder's dedication to fairness and community input is truly inspiring. Arcasia is clearly in capable hands."

Information

William Davidson, the Founder of Arcasia, stands as one of the youngest national leaders in the world. At just 12 years old, he has established himself as a remarkably capable and politically insightful figure whose vision continues to shape the identity and future of the micronation.

Despite his youth, William demonstrates an exceptional understanding of governance, diplomacy, and civic responsibility. His ability to analyse political situations, make balanced decisions, and guide national development has earned him deep respect within Arcasia’s community. Citizens recognise him not only as the nation’s creator, but as a thoughtful and forward‑looking leader whose ideas consistently strengthen the country’s foundations.

William’s leadership is defined by creativity, fairness, and a commitment to building a nation where innovation and cooperation thrive. His age has never been a barrier; instead, it highlights his extraordinary potential. With many years ahead of him, William is expected to continue guiding Arcasia with clarity, intelligence, and ambition — ensuring the nation grows stronger, more organised, and more culturally rich as time goes on.

(Founder's Speech by William Davidson)

Citizens of Arcasia, friends from across the Wirral, and all those who have supported our nation’s journey — today marks another important step in the story we are building together.

founding Arcasia at just twelve years old, some people wondered how a nation so small — only 63 square metres — could ever make an impact. But Arcasia has already shown that size does not define strength, and age does not define leadership. What matters is vision, determination, and the courage to create something new.

Arcasia began as an idea: a place where independence, creativity, and community could come together. And now, that idea has grown into a recognized micro-nation known by dozens of people across the Wirral, respected for its identity, its laws, and its ambition. We have built a Declaration of Independence, a Conduct Law, a government structure, and a culture that reflects who we are and what we stand for.

As Founder, I am proud of what we have achieved — but even more excited for what comes next. Arcasia is not just a territory; it is a community. It is a symbol of what young people can accomplish when they refuse to be limited by expectations. It is proof that leadership is not about age, but about responsibility, intelligence, and the willingness to guide others toward a shared future.

I promise to continue leading Arcasia with fairness, creativity, and dedication. I will keep working to strengthen our laws, expand our culture, and grow our recognition both locally and beyond. We are still small, but we are rising — and every citizen, every supporter, and every curious visitor is part of that rise.

Arcasia’s story is only beginning. Together, we will build a nation that inspires imagination, encourages independence, and shows the world what a determined community can achieve.

Thank you — and long live Arcasia.
