Micro-nation of Arcasia

Preamble

We, the citizens and founders of Arcasia, united in purpose, imagination, and the pursuit of self‑determination, do hereby declare our independence as a sovereign micro-nation. Rooted in creativity, autonomy, and the desire to shape our own future, we affirm our inherent right to self‑govern and to define our national identity.

Article I — Sovereignty

Arcasia shall exist as an independent and self‑governing entity. Its authority is derived solely from the collective will of its citizens, and no external power shall claim dominion over its internal affairs.

Article II — Purpose

The purpose of Arcasia is to:

  • Foster a community built on respect, innovation, and mutual support.

  • Encourage artistic expression, technological creativity, and cultural development.

  • Provide a space where citizens may explore governance, identity, and nation‑building.

Article III — Rights of Citizens

All citizens of Arcasia are guaranteed the following rights:

  • The right to freedom of expression and creativity.

  • The right to participate in governance and decision‑making.

  • The right to privacy, dignity, and fair treatment.

  • The right to propose amendments, institutions, and cultural practices.

Article IV — Governance Structure

Arcasia shall maintain a flexible and evolving system of governance, consisting of:

  • The Founder — serving as the initial guiding authority.
